We're now archiving every Raster collector's art collection.
Create an account, add all your wallet addresses (no signatures needed!) and we'll back-up the files behind your artworks.
As best as we can, for as long as we're around, free of charge.

First of all: digital art is fragile! More fragile than most think.
Tokens typically point to data that is not stored on-chain.
When primary issuance platforms go out of business, we risk losing access to such off-chain data.
This might render your artworks obsolete.
Having a uniquely complete database of digital artworks, we want to help solve this problem.
Moving forward, a collector just has to add their address to their Raster profile, and we will automatically start archiving the works.
For every artwork in a collection, we aim to capture:
▪ metadata
▪ media files: images, videos, 3D models, ...
▪ dependencies: scripts, assets, libraries, ...
We will do so for artworks on Ethereum, L2s and Tezos, whether data is stored on IPFS, Arweave or centralized servers.
You can see archival coverage of your collection in your collector dashboard.
Some tokens may show errors and need attention.

In most cases, we recommend contacting the platforms that issued the tokens. They should be able to solve the (possibly intermittent) issue.
Anyone with access to the original data can bring a missing IPFS file back online. We will refetch failed tokens regularly.
Please understand:
▪ This is a best-effort service
▪ We're not pinning files
▪ We're only indexing and archiving art, no other NFT categories
▪ Conservation requires redundancy: we encourage you to archive independently too
Over time, we will consider expanding this service:
▪ IPFS pinning
▪ Downloadable archives
▪ Artist oeuvre archives
▪ ...
